Even the simplest things are sometimes different than what you and I are accustomed to seeing or doing or using.   For example, most Turkish people don't eat salad dressing on their salad. They sprinkle a little lemon juice and some olive oil on top of their salads.  There are many lovely differences and also many things which are the same.  I still have to tell students to "WALK" in the hallway here, only now I say, "&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;YURU&lt;/span&gt;"!
